Stay away from FNB

FNB is heartless!! Stay away from that bank i sent money to a wrong absa acc i went to absa they said i must go back to my bank FNB and FNB says i must go to absa ar i fill in the reversal forms and pay R3.30 and i sent R200 I'm confused i lost intrest for FNB
