Stay away from fnb
I have being banking with fnb for 10years. Every time I want to make loan they said I cant. I have cleared my name a month ago, but at fnb they still show I am listed at ITC, did phone ITC to ask whats going on, the have take the thing telkom said I was owing then money where by I didnt and they completely removed it from my name. Somebody at fnb is not doing their work, sitting around eating the company money, or it can be because they have uneducated people working there. I will never recommend anyone to go to fnb. How can all the other banks have done checks on me and see that there is nothing behind my name by my own bank is to *********** to do it and see there is nothing. The uneducated people sitting round eating kfc all day dont update the systems. Have call over 10hours of my own money out, cause uneducated people cant do their job. Never bank with fnb, cause the day you will be needing them, they will not be there for you, rather get bank that will always have you back, and can go in to your history and see you are good payer.

I have been with then for years. Small problem came up was resolved but not FNB cause there systems is outdated.
The sad part of FNB for years that I have done business with then, they were happy cause they have taken my money, now that I need help from them they dont want to help. They have history of all my credit checks and money going in and out of there bank, but when you want to increase your credit limit or want to apply for home loan they cant assist because they use credit check and not their own systems to actually see what is problem with the clients credits.
Never take business to fnb, there are much better banks that will actually assist you and want to work with you.
Never trust fnb, they pride them selfs as there app and other stuff that doesn’t actually work. The people in fnb is uneducated and ***********.
