Stay away from FNB 0 Service

How more useless can a bank get? Ask FNB. I don't even have words left.

I used the online chat to log a query with my virtual card pin not working despite checking that I am using the correct pin. I was told yesterday it will be resolved but it was not. I tried to interact again via that channel earlier and it was a waste of time. I held on for long and then they just ended the chat without assisting. If you cannot get your systems to work don't advertise it!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will as usual get a email and sms about this complaint and then a week later nothing would be done.
