STAY AWAY! FNB refuses to close accounts and then charges fees ad infinitum.

My FNB personal banker confirms via app that they've closed my account (as per my request). Later they supposedly have no record of this! They do not close the accounts and continue charging fees and interest on accounts that were supposed closed. Then, 3 years later they inform a Bond originator that there were misconduct on the accounts. Misconduct? From your side, yes FNB. Why don't you keep records of app communication and why do you refuse to close up to date accounts when, in the first place, I wanted to move banks due to your shoddy service? Why have you not made any contact in extent of 3 years? SHOCKING!
