Stay AWAY

FNB handed me over to their lawyers for a smart device I finished paying off over a year ago. Their lawyers phone my mother not even ME! How they got my mother's umber I do not know seeing as my fiance is my next of kin on everything. When I call the lawyers they tell me to call FNB, FNB tell me to call the smart device department who just have me speak to a "Smart" Robot who cannot put me through to a consultant.

Now I sit here blacklisted and all I want to know is what money is outstanding for what seeing as I receive NO emails or SMS or any information to py anything but yet just get handed over.
