stay away close if you can and move on.

Had a problem and complained about it. was told to wait 7 days. called again was told to wait 2 days. called again was told to wait another 5 days. all while my accounts is on hold. the service from this bank is getting worse by the day! they just do not reply to any messages and waiting time on the phone is more than 40 minutes.

please if you can avoid FNB i am closing my accounts and moving on i cant take this anymore.
