Status on my profile

When I go to “manage account”, then “switching services” and then “status tracker” I am always shown the following: Debt review status tracker 43871ddf-101 with the date 12 May 2024.

I am not on debt review - I have completed the programme in 2024 July and was even issued with a clearance certificate. FNB have flagged me as someone under debt review when I am not. I cannot even open an account with FNB or anything, but with any other bank I can. The flag was removed long time ago and all credit bureaus were even updated.

Please remove this status because i dont know why it shows that there
