Statement of account showing last payment made.

I find it very hard to understand why I can't have my last account statement. several occasions where I have requested it, and I was promised by a few Agent and the only thing I got was just a letter confirming that my account was paid in full. While my request was the last statement which shows the last payment made. They then promised to get back to me within 24hours till today I am waiting.
