Statement of Account for Bond Account and Power of Attorney Letter - ***

<p>Hi,</p> <p>Please can you provide me with a statement for the above mentioned account as i have not received anything in a while, i think it was due to my email account being hacked into or blocked since i have not used it in a while since being out of the country for a few years. I would also like to request that you send me the Power of Attorney form to complete as i would like my husband Mr Indrissah Jerry Tawakali to handle my affairs while i am not in the country.
