Statement language
I’ve logged multiple queries to change my statement language from Afrikaans to English for a visa application- the replies have been vague, and there has been no response to follow up questions. Surely it should not be such a difficult thing to change the statement language ; my app and online language preferences have always been English. This is becoming a problem as my visa appointment is in two weeks time…
