Statement Costs Ridiculous

FNB wants R1500 to send me my own statements for 2 years in CSV. Discovery did this for free within 2 minutes. I have paid all my accounts throughout Covid and need this information for court so that I can continue to pay you! What kind of a bank asks for R1500 to get a csv file of my own transactions.
