Statement

I was at FNB (Muckleneuk Campus UNISA) for a statement. My fingerprints, which I did at the very same branch when opening the account did not work. The officer said I must go to Home Affairs. Really, is the necessary? It is not my fault if your systems don’t pick up my finger prints. He said I will or can’t be assisted at this branch unless I provide every time my ID.
