Re ref no 301555nf i am again waiting for feedback on emails sent. Seems the only way to get any assistance is to complain here as emails are just plainly ignored. Can i please get help on below?

Thanks for the statements however there is no statements for 2017 except for Dec 2017.

2018 – No statements for Jan, April & Oct

2019 – No statement for Jan 2019

Please assist with these as well
