This is the worst bank ever, they cannot assist you with anything. You are getting transferredfrom 1 department to another. 1 of the many queriesis having a funeral policy imagine the agent tells me if they did not read terms and conditions your policy is not active but they do take your money for several months - asked if I can be called back still nothing and if you query anything they are just transferring you from 1 person to another.
