Why do we have premier bankers - they are useless and the CX absolutely is non-existing!!!! ********** reversal needed on my credit card and all I get is: you can dispute it on your app" I AM AND DID IT ON MY APP!!!! wake up and start doing your job instead of just getting a pay check every month!!! seriously don't know why I am still with you guys after 30years - I want feedback and think serious training needed for Nokukhanya Mpungose! Shocking once again - all my complaints on Hello Peter are always about FNB - I wonder why?? - no pride or respect just money money money that we can score/take/***** from customers!!!!
