Star amongst darkness

We need to give praise when praise is due. I've been battling an issue with FNB but yesterday we took a positive step. Thanks to Molefi, hope spelling is correct. Anyways he called very polite and unfortunately as much as I had selected that time for them to call me I wasn't home and we couldn't continue and I asked him to call back later. At exactly our agreed time my phone rang and it was him. Then my network was bad, but he was patient and we finally finished what we were supposed to do. Such a polite, reliable and patient person. Thank you Molefi you deserve a star.
