Stanley yingwane needs to find a new job
Stanley yingwane was a complete jack ass and failed to assist me in anyway. When you are a consultant not matter how difficult the client is you make them understand the situation by fully explaining to the person in detail about why something can't be done. Not this thing of being rude and ending the chat with the client before the client is even satisfied with the answer. Bad service from fnb as usual. And I'm going to socials to further complain until some does something about Stanley yingwane

02 Nov 2019, 15:43Nokubongwa mabaso was thrown in the same situation but the difference was that she had effort even took it upon her self to call and explain the situation better. She even did what Stanley said would take 48hrs to do, Nokubongwa should be showing and training her peers on how to service people properly. I would like for her to be an example to all others on the client service industry that's filled with rude people
