Standerton FNB branch not being considerate for the elderly

My parents have SASSA, and they need to open bank accounts because the post office cards are falling away. So I took my mom and dad to Standerton FNB branch to open the accounts. I asked them which one will work best and they suggested the Easy Zero Account and last month came and no money in their account. So I went to the SASSA office and they redid everything and this month again the same issue. So I phoned FNB and they said that in actual fact you can't do such transactions on that specific account and offered to open the correct one and all I had to do was go pick up the cards. But when I went to the branch they refuse to assist me even though I have a letter from the lawyer special power of attorney. Now my parents can't leave the house my mom is too weak and sick to come out and my dad needs to look after her. So the consultant said that I must bring her with an ambulance just to fetch the cards. How can they be so rude and unhelpful. Now my parents can't get their SASSA and have food on the table because FNB Standerton made the mistake and won't rectify it. Or meet us half way.
