FNB is becoming a ***** in my life. Who is constantly making changes and requesting for added **** services that are charging me. You have a team of unprofessional and ********* bankers. First time this happened you, you upgraded my account with no consent from me and I had to pay for that ****. Now my account has been put on debt payment arrangement instead of minimum instalment required. Who authorized this? Who is authorizing you to make costly changes to my account?
