Standard Bank handles Estates efficiently

17/08/2015 opened estate late account @ FNB. Asked for money in FNB acc 2 be transferred. Documentation included Letter of Authority issued by High Court. Was told it must go 2 legal department could take up to 2 weeks. STANDARD BANK on same day issued cheque and cash @ no charge to me as per letter of authority. Two weeks later no money. Enquired at Scottburgh branch a month later 2 be told they can't link the estate late account to my profile in order for me to see what is happening on account, since Estate Late was opened on my late aunts profile. Back to queque at galleria Ashnee Checked System. .... no response from JHB. she will mail them again and phone me monday. A week later no money no communication. I phoned requested escalation to branch manager to be told I'll get feedback the next day. Ashnee phoned next day received e-mail from legal department - received clearance from court, account will be closed \this week"..... to date almost 2 weeks after this call I have not yet received confirmation of this transaction. So does his means yet another Saturday to be spent in queques at FNB???"""
