Stained Notes received from ATM
I withdrew R250 from an FNB ATM and the 2 x R100 notes I received was stained with blue die ink. Logged a query with FNB and on FB 72 hours ago and I can not get a simple query sorted out or an email answered. How can I get new notes from FNB to replace the notes that no one in the market will accept ?????
