*********** staff, very bad service

I recently switched to FNB after banking with another bank for 18 years. It was my biggest mistake and regret. I was informed that I will get monthly vouchers up to R1000 in E-bucks, I will get a lower interest rate on my home loan. I did not get any of these empty promises, all I got so far is incompetant staff from Randridge Mall branch, spending hours in branch trying to fix their incompetancy, the consultant who asisted me did not do his job which resulted in me having endless problems with my Internet banking after that being resolved the consultant never forwared my documents to their home loan department informorming them that my salary gets deposited with them now and they should debit from the FNB account and I did not get the lower interest rate! I never ever experieced such pathetic service from a bank. As I new client I am very disapointed in their services and regret switching to FNB!
