Staff Vehicle ****** At FNB
My car was ****** on the 29th of November 2016 at about 2pm whilst parked outside the office park. This came after numerous requests from employees to management asking them to organise parking for us or even security personnel to safeguard our cars just as Standard Bank Simmonds does for its employees, if the request for parking bays seemed too colossal and out of reach at the time. The request was aided by a colleagues car being broken into and damaged in an attempted theft, but still management ignored our cry for help. Little to no effort was made to try and assist with the matter such as asking a security guard to request cctv footage from the the building opposite ours...Insurance wasn't going to pay out as the vehicle was parked outside work premises and not inside. I've had informal meetings with my then Senior opps manager, asking what the way forward would be or if the bank/department would assist in anyway with the matter, I went as far as requesting a meeting with our CEO(KYC Consumer) through my Operations Manager as she seemed really eager to help, but never received feedback for over 6months. Our Contracts have since been terminated(June 2017) and still no feedback.
Many e-mails have been sent to the FNB CEO(Jacques Celliers) requesting feed back on whether I would be assisted on the matter not (for closure), but nothing...
You take pride in offering the best possible service to your clients but fail to aid an employee in distress?! So Much For "How Can We Help You?"
