Staff Unprofessional

Good day, at 16:15 on the 31st of December 2021 I have witnessed something very unprofessional. There were 5 customers in the ATM que, the staff of the bank came out to withdraw money, they skipped the que, ignored the cuatomers and went straight to the ATM. I was planning on moving my personal accounts there but after this service I am truly disgusted. I currently bank my work money there but after this I am considering other options.
