*********** staff! They have no idea what they are doing

I have been trying to get a Loan paid up letter from them for 4 months NO ONE can help me!! I keep getting pushed from department to department. I am going to change my bank and lay a formal complaint with the NCR as FNB have no idea what they are doing!!
