*********** STAFF, POOR SERVICE!

I'm so frustrated with FNB right now, I had a temp load paid it off and I've been waiting for a paid-up letter since 11 June 2024 it's October and I still can't get them to send me the letter, I even went into the bank at Mitchells plain branch all they did was put me through to a consultant on the phone and from there I was transferred to 4 different people still no paid up letter, *********** staff, that goes to work not to do what they supposed to. none of the people I spoke to could help me.
