Staff negligence

In March I went to Carlton Centre branch to open an account for my son (minor). I was assisted by Lucky. He checked my account and told me I was owing FNB temp loan. He gave me the following amounts, Temp loan =R565 and bank charges was R257.67. I asked him what to do as I was not using that account anymore and wanted to close it. He said I couldn't close the account until I paid up the temp loan. So I was phoned by GL Inc lawyers and spoke to Eugene ***) who confirmed that I had to pay the above mentioned amount in total. I told him I couldn't afford it and he said I could pay over a period of 3months. I agreed to pay R350 for 3 months. Last month I paid the final amount. The 2nd week of June I spoke to Tyron who confirmed that Lucky made a mistake by not closing the account immediately which resulted in me getting another bank charges . Now I want the extra amount I paid the lawyers to be deposited to Capitec because my FNB is in errors. The lawyers said only FNB can put a go ahead not me personally. Tyron said FNB could cancel the other months that resulted after the temp loan arrangement.
