I purchased a flexi cash voucher from my FNB App but the flash merchants refused to accept the voucher, I went to several FNB branches the consultants could not assist me, we called customer care and they told me that I can withdraw my funds through the FNB ATM's but there's no option to withdraw now the voucher is expired and they further said that the money will be credited back into my account to date they have not credited my account
