Staff member laughed as my hardship
I am appalled when I called your homeloan department asking for a temporary debt relief caused by the interest rate hikes, your staff member then got irritated with me and told me to move banks!!!! Which I will. Goodbye FNB you just suck and suck and give NOTHING BACK IN RETURN
