staff incompetency and lies

So it is 3 weeks now and nothing has been resolved so I spoke to pearl mabela who's attitude it revolting and she is a **** I don't understand how can Fnb employ such idiotic and *********** people she says that she never contacted us it was never her and we told her that she emailed me the new contract and that was for 92 000 and she says no she did it for 72 000 and then she says we are putting her life in danger so how are we doing that ? . Fnb should change their slogan from \how can we help you"to \""how can we ***** up your child's education\"" thanks a lot Fnb really appreciate it :) . And that lady pearl mabela is extremely arrogant and I will never bank with Fnb again and I can assure fnb that a few companies will not be banking with fnb as our family has a few business accounts which have bank balances in the millions and I will take this to the media .
