*********** staff I request a paid up letter their response is I must supply my credit report ****

Even after a Hellopeter complaint they still don't deliver any customer service no wonder their Hellopeter reviews is so bad. I say it starts from the head. CEO, Directors Managers Supervisor can't deliver services and their employees can't follow instructions.

I request paid up letters from them but instead of supplying me with them they ask me to pull a credit report for them. How stupid can one institution be, your staff is *********** not sure why I must supply you with my credit report for you to give me a paid up letter for a loan.

Can a Manager or Damager whatever titles is at FNB contact me or email me the paid up letters on my Temp loan as I mentioned in my complaint I settled 1 of the loans more than 5 months ago yet it shows on my credit report that I still owe you money. It shows that my installment with FNB is 13k please make it make sense for me.

Can you stupid people please start following instructions and give me the paid up letters.
