Staff *****

I was sent an E wallet by my sister. I struggled to withdraw it from the easy account. I then went to Soshanguve Plaza branch. A staff member who was supposed to assist me chose to de***** me. He asked for my phone, sent a please call to a number I don't know and requested a new pin. He told me my card is blocked and will fix after 24 hrs. I went home. Within an hour my money was gone. I reported it and was given a reference. After 34 days I have never been contacted. Every time I call the ***** department I just get transferred. I would spend an hour with no unswer as to what is happening.
