Imust say..your service is of the poorest i have ever come across

My wife was diadnosed with breast cancer..she has a policy wifh these clowns.. We submitted the documents 10 weeks ago..then thet dont get the forms..then the person will call back..then the docter must complete the forms..phone in again..we will call back..NEVER HAPPENS ..phoned again yasterday..o ..we didnt get the forms..and no record of the ref nr...YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC...

WE HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH XTRESS AT THE MOMENT..WE DONT NEED TO DEAL WITH *********** STAFF ASWELL
