*********** staff at the call centre and useless bank

Fab ****** ficken hell. This bank has made my life miserable and gave me sleeplessness night. Yesterday I was literally stuck with my car because I didn’t have petrol money because FNB added some useless account name the zero account into my accounts and I mistakenly put money there thinking I was putting into my savings and now my life has come to a standstill. My kids need clothes worth R8000 today and I can’t access my money because these idiots think they can control us. Their *********** staff are the pits. I called FNB two times yesterday and the first idiot dropped the call on my ear and didn’t bother to call back and she was getting oissed and impatient with me oh because they know I didn’t get their names right.
