Staff are not adequately trained to.assist customers

I enquired with cell phone banking, customer are and accounts, 3 dept later and 50 min of chat as to why I can't see my account transactions for the 5 March 2023 when my statement run from 6 Feb 2023 to 4 March.2023 and 6 March 2023 to today. Where are my transactions for 5 March. I was told to go to an atm and draw a statement. Like that is going to help! I still didn't get an answer as to why I could not view it on line? Pathetic
