*********** staff and pathetic service

I have been trying to get a paid up letter for 4 weeks now and cannot get any assistance. I am told it takes 3 to 5 working days everytime I call. The agent says it was sent but never received and every agent i speak to seems *********** or makes promises but doeant keep to it. I have spoken to numerous agents and the last two was Vuyo who pormised this would be sent the same day and today was Godfrey. I can't understand how something so simple takes so long to resolve.
