This FNB staff is becoming from bad to worse. I have had my revolving loan transferred/taken over by FDC in Oct. 2024. FDC send all the 17 page relevant signed papers to the FNB debt department. I was given a nr to phone and find out what is going on why they still have not closed my old account, even though I don't have the revolving loan on my app any longer. How this bank became so useless with these incompetence of some staff. I phoned numerous times and each time they cut the call. In the bank itself no one competent enough to assist. I can't wait to close my account and move to Capitec where the service pays. The staff in the bank helped me with what they know, but can't assist.
