PATHETIC, you guys are so quick to call and collect outstanding money, but once accounts have been paid off, the staff cannot even update my information at the credit bureau. I was on a call for hours yesterday with TransUnion; please contact them to update my account that I paid off last year in June.

25 Feb 2025, 12:04I just got off a call from Transunion; they havent received any update from Fnb to update my credit profile, After I received an email stating that FNB sent the details to the credit bureaus, please ask your team to forward me the copy of the email you sent to Transunion because they have different departments, and I would like to follow up on where exactly you sent it to, this is so frustrating
