Ss-legal debit order

For months I've been going back and forth, trying to dispute and stop unauthorised transactions on my bank account. a company called ss legal keeps debiting money and it does not even show under my debit orders. I've exhausted all means and I can't seem to find a solution. it's very disappointing to trust an established institution with your hard earned money and they can't even protect it
