SS-Advocar **** FNB

My dad has a debit order from SS-Advocar he knows nothing about it!! He has been going to ***** at FNB, debit order and he isn’t getting any assistance and they saying he can’t get his money back!! But now he didn’t even approve anything for that debit order how come he can’t get any assistance at FNB yet it’s the bank he uses?? It’s stressing him a lot because he doesn’t even know how to stop this because he didn’t even approve it and now if the bank also can’t help him what must he do????!!!!
