SS-ADVOCAR DEBIT ORDER

I have a debit order that I do not recognize by the name of SS-ADVOCAR. I once filed a ***** dispute at Vaal mall branch and they requested that I make an affidavit stating my problem as the debit order is locked and they can't just stop it because they're unable to do so, that was 6 months ago, even today the debit order is still debiting my account. It's been 6 months now since the debit order started debiting and I've lost quite a lot of money.

On Friday the 5th of March 2021 I went to enquire more about the debit order and this time I was at Vanderbijlpark branch and they said to me that they're unable to stop nor prevent that debit order from debiting as it is locked, I kind of failed to understand how that happens that a bank is unable to stop a ********** debit order. So, they said to me that I need to go to that exact company to stop it from the then it will be able to stop. I don't even know the company as I don't even recognize the debit order, because it started debiting out of nowhere. I need help with this matter, I'm just a student I don't even work, so this debit order really punches hard on my pockets.
