Springs Mall FNB Manager Excellent Service!

This review is specifically for the the FNB Branch at Springs Mall.

We received great service, personal hands on help from the manager. After a big misunderstanding with a personal loan from FNB, the manager welcomed us in to her office & spent about 20 mins. escalating the issue.

Unfortunately she wasn't able to give us answers right then & there, yet she updated us via text every day up until the issue was resolved.

It's been a long time since I experienced an FNB employee or representative live up to the FNB slogan, "How can we help you?" Bibi, mam... You did that & we say thank you!
