One thing abut FNB, I can write a book about poor service. They are *****s. They promote false products. I have been on private wealth under spousal discount. My Husband is currently on private wealth. Without fail, my account will randomly be removed from spousal discount and I'll later incurr the costs! Every 2 months this happens and will be charged! I escaleted this matter, they are telling me about 3-5 working days! On a random month, I'm charged! I'm so upset!
