Splendid service from Ntokozo in Randburg Square

On the 15 June, we went to withdraw money from our club account. It was the first time in Randburg branch, in all the other branches that we had been before, they always made us fill forms, ask us the name of our account and to write our ID numbers and everything.<br> <br> But Ntokozo just took our ID books, filled the form himself, and we just had to sign and give him the amount to withdraw. He did all of this with a smile and the greatest attitude I have seen on any teller in a long time. <br> <br> We could not stop talking about how great his service was, compared to other branches. Big ups to him. If all tellers were like him, I would go to the bank every time.
