Splendid customer care

Today I went to fnb eyethu to make a notice on my 32 day account and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Teboho Tobia, he was such a pleasure to work with and he has vast knowledge of fnb products, I ended up spending over 3hours with him explaining to me how different products work. He assisted me with notice on the account, updating of my details, explained how ebucks work, the benefits of switching both my credit card and home loan such that I even set up a follow up appointment with him to do that and he also assisted me with fnb connect and also applying for my I'd and passport too. He is an asset and a friendly person as well as his co workers too are also friendly as well. He made realize how easy and hussle free my life can be by simply moving over just about everything to fnb in terms of banking. I must say it was worth it the time I spent there.
