Spent days and hours...

Spent days and hours on the phone to open up a business bank account after a month of trying and only when I mentioned I will take it to hellopeter my account was opened yesterday ..... My card is on its way to me etc , But I cannot deposit cash ,eft into this bank account so what exactly is the point of a business account if you can’t transact? I sent my fica documents over 20 times but I get an sms daily to submit FICA documents so where does my documents go daily when it’s sent ***
