Speedpoint Machine

I made an enquiry about a speedpoint machine more than 2 weeks ago at a branch and i was told that i will be called as the consultant had linked the request with the business account.

Unfortunately 2 weeks later still no communication. On trying to call number given, 20 minutes holding without answer
