Speedily and friendly service

Thobile Hlophe Tshabalala made a request for me to be assisted with a very old proof of payment that I desparately needed. Within a day I was contacted by Omphemetse Makhaloane who patiently assisted through the ordeal of my phone's mic not clear at but would start a call over and over so that my need was understood and attended. I unfortunately gave a wrong transaction date but that did not wear his patience off. On the other hand Thobile was following up on whether I've been contacted, and if things are moving. Omphemetse called once more then I asked him to call me on my colleagues phone as the mic was really bad. He gladly did that and my problem was resolved within minutes after giving the correct date of transaction of which he actually suggested that he can check other transaction date. I'm really humbled by the service Thobile and Omphemetse gave and everyone behind the scene in the matter.
