Speed up call backs for New Insurance Policies

I was very impressed with the speedy delivery I received from FNB and Digital Planet. I ordered a smart device on Tuesday and expected delivery by Friday, however was very happy when my device arrived the next day! My only issue is that while attempting to now get the device insured with the suppliers that FNB recommends, I was told that FNB will only contact me within 5 business days. So now I have a nice new fancy phone but cant use it with fear of something happening to it and not having insurance. This department and system should really be looked at considering the speediness of other departments.
