Speed point application

I went to them to apply for a speed point on Monday the 1st February 2016 and I was told that I would hear from the merchant department with 2 days that I'm approved or not and that I should come Wednesday to the branch. So I didn't get any feedback or response from the merchant sotoday I went in to find out what's going on the lady who was assisting me calls the merchant department to find out the feedback and the response from them is they never received an application for my speed point and I can't speak to the manager as they are in a meeting. When I went there Monday I told them I needed the speed point for this weekend and was not told it was going to take up to 14 days. So I'm left to figure out for myself what to do.

This is a huge inconvenience for me as I am supposed to be trading @ my first pop up this weekend.

I even regret going to open my business with them after banking with them for years I thought I could trust them with my business.
